Vegan Travel eats Are you someone who loves travelling ? I like to plan fake itinerary to the craziest of places that exist besides travelling. Last month I got to know about a waterfall in BC and surprize surprize - There is no bus service to that area. You have to walk for half an hour to reach there from the nearest parking. Ingredients 1 Cup of Macaroni or any similar pasta shape ¼ Cup of Plant Based Milk 4 tbsp. of Nutritional Yeast (add more if needed) 1 tbsp. Paprika 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder 1 tbsp. cornstarch Pinch of Salt Pinch of Pepper Optional 1 tbsp. Tapioca Starch (gives the sauce a “cheese like” texture) 1 tbsp. Chili Flakes Instructions Cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, in a bowl add in the starches, spices and plant-based milk. Self care during pandemic Last year, in March WHO declared novel coronavirus as global pandemic. My dad being a doctor literally flooded our home with vitamin C tablets. Imagine our poor souls gulping those sour tablets everyday before he reach home. Covid has taught us a lot. One of them being self care. Vegan nice cream recipe to beat the heat Ingredients 1 Banana ( Frozen and sliced) 1/2 Frozen strawberries 1/4 Plant based milk of your choice ( I used macadamia milk) Sprinkle of vegan protein powder (optional) 2 tbsp. coconut oil 1 tbsp. cacao oil 1 tbsp. sugar to sweeten (optional) Instructions 1) Place all the ingredients for the nice cream in the blender. Make sure the fruits are frozen because that will give the nice cream its creamy texture. 2) If you have a low power blender like the one I'm using in the video , make sure to shake the container so that everything is blended. Feel free to add more milk to help it blend easier but don’t put in too much or else it will turn into a smoothie. If you have a high power blender it will definitely help speed the process up. 3) For the chocolate shell , place some coconut oil in a bowl .
