Vegan nice cream recipe to beat the heat  Ingredients 1 Banana ( Frozen and sliced) 1/2 Frozen strawberries 1/4 Plant based milk of your choice ( I used macadamia milk) Sprinkle of vegan protein powder (optional) 2 tbsp. coconut oil 1 tbsp. cacao oil 1 tbsp. sugar to sweeten (optional) Instructions 1)   Place all the ingredients for the  nice  cream in the blender. Make sure the fruits are frozen because that will  give  the nice cream  its  creamy texture.   2) If you have a low power blender like the one  I'm using in the video ,  make sure to shake the container  so that everything is blended.  Feel free to add more milk to help it blend easier but don’t put in too much or else it will turn into a smoothie.  If you have a high power  blender it will definitely help  speed the process up.   3) For the chocolate shell ,  place some coconut oil in a bowl .
