Vegan Travel eats

Are you someone who loves travelling ?
I like to plan fake itinerary to the craziest of places that exist besides travelling. Last month I got to know about a waterfall in BC and surprize surprize - There is no bus service to that area. You have to walk for half an hour to reach there from the nearest parking. Trips like these often make us compromise with our health as one choose an easy errand to grocery store for snacks rather than making something healthy.
For all the health conscious travellers out there, we bring to you - vegan easy to make blueberry banana smoothie. So say goodbye to constipation while travelling !!!!

  • banana 100g (1): great taste, decent amount of carb for energy, high magnesium
  • blueberry 100g: king of antioxidant food, low calories-high in nutrients
  • tomato 70g (half):  good for your heart, bones and vision
  • almond breeze 300ml
  • oligosaccharides or honey 10g : healthy sweetener!
  • prune 10g(1) : known for great assistance in digestion (It is high in fiber so don't eat too much !)
