Self care during pandemic
Last year, in March WHO declared novel coronavirus as global pandemic. My dad being a doctor literally flooded our home with vitamin C tablets. Imagine our poor souls gulping those sour tablets everyday before he reach home.
Covid has taught us a lot. One of them being self care. I know everyone is stressed, trying to cope up with last year when we spend the whole year at home. So lets remember those "Lockdown" days with Vitamin C rich kiwi and orange smoothie. A healthy, vegan, definitely orange-inall, easy recipe that is meat and coronavirus free.
Ingredients
- 1 Kiwi (60 grams)
- 300 ml Almond milk
- Oligosaccharide (20 grams)
- 1/2 Tomato (100g)
- Orange
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender.
