Light and Refreshing Avocado Smoothie                  

                                          
  

    Every meat free food is not a salad. All of us find a motivation to go back to work mode after a productive weekend unlike my crazy one. What better motivation can be than the fact that reducing meat consumption once a week can help us fight global warming ( less greenhouse gas emission). So we bring to you vegan friendly, nutritious and easy to make Avocado smoothie.                                                                                                                                                 


         Prep time: 5- 10 min                                                             Difficulty Level: Easy

                                                   Ingredients

                                                         


   -  Avocado (100g -> fat 15g)

   -   Rip banana (200g -> Carb 49g)

   -   Tofu  (100g -> Protein 8g)

   -    Honeycomb (one tablespoon)

   -   Almond milk (200 ml)                   


                                                               Directions

                                                                                     

 

          - Add all ingredients to the beaker.

          - Pulse until smooth

          -  Serve immediately

   -  Tofu is high in protein and contains all of the essential amino acids. It provides proteins, carbs and wide variety of vitamins and minerals to our body.
